Billing
We send bills directly to our patients’ insurance companies. In addition, we accept Medicare assignment. You can pay any balance due by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover.
When you come for your appointment, please bring your insurance information. Any co-payment required by your insurance plan is due at your appointment.
